Erik Schuk
Executive Director
Erik Schuk has worked for 20 years in the senior living industry, initially as an Executive Chef and for the past seven years as an Executive Director. He brings with him a wealth of operational experience, including running his own restaurant. Erik attended business school in his native country of Finland, and his passion for taking care of people guided him to study culinary arts and hospitality management.
Erik speaks three languages fluently and has work experience in four different countries. He resides in Reedley with his wife, Virginia, and their children, Tobias, Tomas and Annika.
Jessica Adams
Director of Sales and Marketing
Jessica Adams has dedicated over 14 years to the senior living industry, beginning her journey as a concierge and advancing through roles such as caregiver, server, activities director and sales director. Her passion for working with seniors is evident in her commitment to helping families find the ideal home for their loved ones.
Originally from the Central Valley, Jessica relocated to Kansas four years ago when her husband was stationed at Fort Riley. She has been married for 14 years and is a proud mother of two. In her free time, Jessica enjoys attending sports events, kayaking and spending quality time with her family.
Sara Gassett
Vibrant Life® Director
Sara Gassett has been with the Solstice Senior Living at Clovis community for over nine years. She takes the company’s culture keeper “Be passionate about what you do every day” to heart. Sara enjoys planning and running community activities and considers the residents extended family. Born in Fresno, Calif., Sara graduated from Clovis East High School in 2007. She currently resides in Clovis with her husband, Thomas, and their two dogs. In her spare time, Sara enjoys playing video games and rhythm games at the arcade and watching shows and movies on Netflix and Hulu.
Ruben Diaz
Culinary Services Director
Chef Ruben Diaz is the Culinary Services director for Solstice Senior Living at Clovis. Ruben has spent his entire career in the culinary industry training under talented chefs, taking classes at the Culinary Institute of America and participating in cooking competitions across the country.
Ruben moved to California over two decades ago and has been part of the Solstice team for more than a decade. He takes pride in creating flavorful, healthy meals and loves seeing the joy in the residents’ eyes when they enjoy his food.
Ruben is married and has two sons, whom he cooks with in his spare time.
Albert Antuna
Senior Building Services Director
Albert Antuna is the Senior Building Services director for Solstice Senior Living at Clovis. Prior to joining the team, he worked in building services in HVAC and hospitals. Albert considers resident safety his top priority and enjoys his daily interactions with the vibrant and diverse Solstice community. Albert believes that seniors are truly a great generation filled with abundant knowledge and wisdom, which makes his work pleasurable.
Outside of the office, Albert enjoys spending time with his wife, Alma, and their two children while enjoying the outdoors, and volunteering with local organizations.
